1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Oyoyo Creator App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Creator Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create a creator account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Oyoyo. By uploading content, you grant Oyoyo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights. Oyoyo reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
5. Monetization & Payouts
Creator earnings are subject to Oyoyo's monetization policies. Payouts are processed according to the schedule outlined in your creator agreement. Oyoyo reserves the right to withhold earnings in cases of policy violations.
6. Termination
Oyoyo may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Oyoyo Creator App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
